Nice article mate! Love the reference to a pottery wheel, the softness being more productive than the force. So true in my own experience yet I always revert instinctually to force in the face of a challenge, a hard pattern to reprogram.
100% mate—I feel that. And then in swings the judgement of knowing better, but not doing better (or perfect)…
It can a steep climb at times. I’m really glad we’ve ran similar races in some ways and find ourselves here now, working with these types of climbs.
